seamless processhelpful staff
the check-in process felt seamless to me. i could check in partially online, thus reducing the time spent at the front desk.. the staff at the lodge were helpful and kind. the location is superb, right in the middle of the village.
the air-conditioning wasn't working as well as i expected. it got a little too warm in the room at times.
